Job Summary
The role will drive common methodology, processes, and expertise globally, promoting the project management culture and the execution excellence within GSI.
The Leader is responsible to support the Project Schedule & Cost management of GSI’s projects during ITO & OTR phase to ensure we deliver projects on-time and within budget.
Provide full scope of leadership for a team, including performance evaluation, annual assessment, salary planning, and employee development.

Key Requirements
Solid relevant experience in high-voltage substation project engineering
BS in Engineering preferred
Solid experience in project management or Operations or Project Controls
Proven knowledge and experience of Project cost control and forensic analysis
Advanced English, advanced Portuguese, and desirable Spanish
