  • Ensure internal employees have a reliable, efficient experience across internal and external-facing platforms by resolving issues quickly and spotting recurring problems.
  • Investigate issues to root cause, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and feed insights back into product and engineering teams to improve platform quality.
  • Develop and maintain information about features to support the wider Application Support team’s ability to solve user issues and upskill the team about feature launches.
