Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for supervising a group of employees to develop business processes, manage production operations and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
  • The Project Launch Gears Group Leader will be the point person for project related launch activities that take place in the Gear Machining areas.
  • The selected candidate will need to be flexible and work overtime and off-shifts as needed.
