Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on LOS and BLOS communication systems experience
Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) expertise
RF signal chain and system-level integration knowledge
Experience with modulation/demodulation and coding techniques
Proficiency with RF test equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
Nice-to-have
Layer 2/3 networking certifications such as Network+
Supplier and subcontract management experience
Link margin and antenna pattern analysis skills
Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 and Ethernet standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years experience or Master's with 3 years
U.S. Citizen status required
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility within past 5 years
Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access prior to employment
