Job Summary

  • Lead an organization of several functional consulting teams deploying Workday across all industries and markets within the APAC region.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high performing consultants and consulting managers who deploy Workday’s Financial, Reporting and Analytics applications.
  • Build an aligned strategy & execution plan with Field Services Directors, Regional/ Geo VPs/ RSDs and Account executives on how to collaborate on our Vision 29 Growth objectives for APAC across FINS, Reporting & Analytics.

Key Requirements

  • 20+ years Consulting experience
  • 20+ years leading customer facing engagements
  • 10+ years progressive experience in Finance/Financial Systems
  • People leadership experience
  • Proven capability to collaborate with Delivery, Resource Management, Business Development
  • Proven track record on achieving quarterly sales, customer satisfaction, and revenue objectives
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field
  • MBA or equivalent
