Job Summary

• Primarily responsible for setting up and operating equipment used in the process of disassembly, packing or further processing of poultry.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as needed to ensure even flow of production and/or meet required standards.
• Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality.
