Must-have
Automated manufacturing equipment experience
Data-driven decision making
Preventive maintenance planning
cGMP compliant environment
Hands-on troubleshooting skills
Process improvement projects
Nice-to-have
Experience with SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD
Mechanical aptitude and technical drawing comprehension
Knowledge of pneumatic actuators and servo motors
Familiarity with HMIs and GUIs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Multi-language fluency preferred
Key Requirements
More than 5 years experience with automated equipment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data analytics
Experience using problem solving methodologies like A3, PDCA, DMAIC
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume production
