Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years’ experience in IT service support roles
  • Hands-on knowledge of networks (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLAN)
  • Experience supporting end-user devices (Windows, Apple, Android)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Valid current driver's licence
