  • This is a hybrid role combining clinical practice with strategic administrative responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate will take a patient-centered, individualized, and science-based approach to address the root causes of chronic disease rather than managing isolated symptoms.

  • Academic appointment at assistant or associate professor level
