Maintain and repair the mechanics of the front desk staff, aligning and developing staff with basic methods, procedures, and techniques to keep the community running efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Two years of college
Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
Experience in handling bookkeeping
Knowledge of basic accounting
Ability to adhere to company accounting policies
Good character and reputation of personal integrity
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Professional in appearance and conduct
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
