Must-have

  • Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform expertise
  • Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and KSQL
  • Kafka cluster deployment and tuning
  • Cloud platform experience AWS Azure GCP
  • Java or Python programming skills
  • Kafka security mechanisms SASL SSL ACLs RBAC
  • CI/CD pipelines with Git Jenkins

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Terraform or Pulumi
  • Exposure to DataOps and Data Engineering ecosystems

Key Requirements
