Job Summary

• Assist in driving a business project involving insurance laws with cross-jurisdictional elements, regulatory application, conducting due diligence on contract and other documentations for change management, drafting and reviewing documentations, representing legal team in the project, and other ancillary legal support as and when manager directs.
• Provide legal advice and support with focus on long-term insurance matters and business as usual, working closely with internal and external stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau.
