This role requires deep expertise in covenant negotiation, credit analysis, and managing portfolio monitoring including early identification of credit deterioration.
Apollo offers a competitive base salary of $300,000 plus discretionary annual bonuses based on personal, team, and firm performance.

8+ years buy-side or debt advisory experience
Private placements and structured credit expertise
Covenant negotiation and documentation skills
Independent credit analysis and IC presentation
Insurance balance sheet constraints knowledge
Team leadership and junior development

AI-enabled workflow implementation experience
Cross-border transaction exposure
Strong networking with banks and sponsors
Familiarity with NAIC/SVO and Solvency II

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic record
Established origination network or restructuring experience
Experience leading underwriting on complex transactions
