Salary

Base: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401K match, PTO, 9/80 schedule option

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • 9 years related professional experience
  • Manage team of 12-20 engineers
  • Experience with lab testing environments
  • Proficiency with GD&T and CAD modeling

  • DoD TOP SECRET clearance preferred
  • Certified CAM training experience
  • Wind tunnel data analytics knowledge

Key Requirements
