Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest degree of quality care for residents at all times.
  • This position requires overseeing multiple levels of employees and managing all aspects including hiring, training, budgeting, appraising performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • The administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining policies, ensuring budget conformance, monitoring census and quality measures, and actively participating in community and industry relationships.
