Develop and implement operational solutions on a lane and network level, and research root cause of issues, recommend improvements in existing processes and implement action plans.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years supply chain, procurement, operations experience
3+ years Transportation or Logistics Management experience
Import and export experience preferred
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, risk management
Strong project management and process development skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experienced in ERPs and TMSs like Oracle and Microsoft AX
