Job Summary

  • As a Sr Commercial Law Clerk/Underwriter, you will underwrite and issue commercial title insurance policies for commercial real estate transactions across Canada (excluding Quebec) with a focus on national law firms customers.
  • Provide second level underwriting support to law clerks and intermediate law clerks for commercial transactions including transactions over $50M.
