The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information.
Essential duties include maintaining daily census reports, filling out resident charge slips, answering telephones, and transcribing physicians’ orders to care plans.
The role involves admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, as well as attending committee meetings and in-service training programs.
