Job Summary

  • Own the end to end delivery of the Launch Silo Integrated Product Team (IPT), leading traditional systems engineering, integration, model simulation & analysis, and test & verification.
  • Directly manage functional leads and champion model based engineering (MBE) practices, maintaining a live Digital Twin of the launch silo.
  • Build a high performing, inclusive SEIT culture, mentor engineers, promote career growth, and drive continuous improvement.
