Job Summary
Create, manage and lead the deployment of C&W’s EH&S programs across the US, to ensure safety is part of day-to-day operations at each site within the Asset Services.
Assist in the identification of possible losses; evaluate the risk in such loss exposure; develop and implement a plan to correct or prevent a loss; and audit the plan to ensure its effectiveness.
Develop standards and processes related to common environmental issues in commercial buildings such as asbestos, fuel oil storage tank management, indoor air quality, mold remediation and water intrusion.

Key Requirements
5+ years' experience in Environmental Health and Safety
BA/BS in Safety, Engineering or related sciences preferred
Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred

Subject Matter Expertise in EHS and relevant US Standards
