Job Summary
PJT Partners is seeking to hire a highly-skilled lawyer (3-6 years PQE) to join our Legal team in London.
This individual will work closely with and advise PJT Partners’ strategic advisory and restructuring and special situations business groups and work directly with clients of the Firm in providing transactional support.
This individual will also work closely with and advise the boards of directors and management of PJT Partners subsidiaries on corporate governance matters.
