Must-have
Presales Solution Consulting experience
Finance Administration and Accounting expertise
ERP systems knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Workday)
C-level customer engagement skills
Financial enterprise application implementation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Procurement and Project Costing
Experience with AI in ERP/Finance domain
Ability to innovate and be creative in presentations
Experience in medium and large enterprises in India
Passion for continuous learning and growth
Key Requirements
10 - 15 years experience in Finance systems and processes
Expert knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Multi-Company and Consolidations, Multi-Currency
Experience in Finance and Accounting functions
Exposure to ERP solutions like Oracle Fusion, Oracle Netsuite, SAP S4/HANA
Ability to lead solutioning efforts and RFP/RFI responses
Experience engaging with C-level executives, especially CFO office
