  • The Room Manager is responsible to lead the team in the planning and delivery of key manufacturing objectives and align strategic focuses within multiple production ranges.
  • Oversee planning, implementation, execution and tracking of all short and long term projects, including managing the room’s capital expenditure.
  • Provide direction, support, feedback, development and performance management to all room staff, and manage talent successors through planning.

  • Able to train, coach and provide feedback
