Salary

Base: zł178,500 PLN - zł267,700 PLN; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations
  • 8+ years of experience in ER Management within Poland
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in Polish, Czech, or another CEE language highly desirable
