Job Summary

• Manage trade capture, trade booking, reconciliation, and trade event management of FX trades, while developing process flows and increasing operational efficiency by identifying and implementing changes to existing processes.
• Act as an escalation point for daily Client management and issue resolution, serving as the primary point of contact for client issues and escalations, and following up with internal/external teams until resolution.
• Provide Client Solutions by collaborating with Sales, Product, Risk teams, Transition/Onboarding, Client Services and Technology teams to understand client needs and implement innovative solutions for existing clients.
