Prepare credit applications with detailed analysis of financials, key risks, fund structures, underlying portfolios, investor base quality, deal structures, terms & conditions and deal rationale.
Regular, close monitoring of portfolio for early identification of warning signs and potential problem counterparties for remediation actions.
Support the Head of Credit where needed with ad hoc requirements and strategic initiatives to enhance department’s activities and processes.
