Clinical Staff Pharmacists are responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy.
All pharmacists are responsible for drug preparation and distribution for medications; evaluating, inputting and verification of medication orders; assisting providers and other health care professionals by serving as a drug information resource.
