Job Summary

  • This position provides direct supervision of the academic advising staff responsible for new student orientation, advisee communication, assessments and course placement, Achieving the Dream, Credit for Prior Learning and Transfer Services (5 full-time professional staff) as well as work direction and leadership for all functions of the department.
  • This position will be required to lead college and department critical initiatives and programs crafted to eliminate educational equity gaps, improve completion rates for degree seeking students, and special programming initiatives including data collection, analysis, and application.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years work related experience
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience

  • Experience in developing and managing budgets
