This role drives strategic PLM projects spanning multiple divisions, with a strong focus on user adoption, organizational change management, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Lead and support end‑to‑end product lifecycle initiatives using PLM and ALM tools across Brunswick’s business divisions.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Brunswick's comprehensive benefits offerings.

Key Requirements
10+ years PLM industry experience
6-8 years PLM Business Analyst experience
Techno-functional experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill)
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (Polarion, Codebeamer, Jama) preferred
Proven experience writing functional requirements, process flows, and technical specifications
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
