Job Summary
Support the establishment of Technology Resilience plans and ensure they are exercised for business-critical assets/services to proactively identify risk and prepare resilience/contingency plan(s) to support any disaster.
Serve as SME for HGS Technology Resilience Compliance program and ensure adherence to Technology Resilience standard requirements.
Maintain regular communication with the IT business leaders, educating application Service Owners about current, changing, and/or recommended requirements to support program.
