Job Summary
The Global Talent Management (GTM) Strategy & Operations Intern will support the execution and optimization of enterprise-wide talent initiatives, gaining exposure to the full breadth of global HR strategy and operations.
The intern will partner with multiple GTM team members to enhance program effectiveness, strengthen internal branding, and ensure seamless access to talent resources during a period of organizational transformation, including intranet migration and future-focused (2030) initiatives.
Learning Outcomes include end-to-end exposure to Global Talent Management strategy and operations in a global organization, experience supporting large-scale HR transformations, and development of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
