Job Summary

  • The Global Talent Management (GTM) Strategy & Operations Intern will support the execution and optimization of enterprise-wide talent initiatives, gaining exposure to the full breadth of global HR strategy and operations.
  • The intern will partner with multiple GTM team members to enhance program effectiveness, strengthen internal branding, and ensure seamless access to talent resources during a period of organizational transformation, including intranet migration and future-focused (2030) initiatives.
  • Learning Outcomes include end-to-end exposure to Global Talent Management strategy and operations in a global organization, experience supporting large-scale HR transformations, and development of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
