Job Summary

  • World Vision Kenya is implementing its Digital Transformation Strategy FY 2026–2030, prioritizing digital community engagement and accountability through an end-to-end Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM).
  • The consultancy will design, configure, pilot, and operationalize a digital Beneficiary Feedback System (BFS) that enables two-way, real-time communication between WVK and communities, accessible at no cost to beneficiaries.
  • The goal is to have a working and usable Community Feedback System in place by the end of March 2026, strengthening accountability, responsiveness, transparency, and community trust.
