Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the financial and operational management of the housekeeping department comprising of Rooms, Linen and Uniform, Valet and Seamstress, Public Areas, Flower Shop and Contractors.
  • He/She will understand, maintain and execute operational manual and guidelines and will supervise and develop personnel in the department to their maximum effectiveness.
  • Assures the financial goals of the department are being met and prepares annual budget for labor and operating expense.
