Job Summary
Primarily responsible for supervising catch operations, and scheduling drivers and loads to meet production schedules.
Ensure all USDA and animal welfare guidelines are enforced and adhered to while maintaining safety and compliance with DOT and D7I regulations.
Direct supervision of 25-30 hourly employees with required competencies including Strategic Agility, Business Acumen, Building Effective Teams, Customer Focus and Command Skills.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years live poultry experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
CDL license required
Poultry or veterinary assistant experience preferred
