The Principal Associate plays a key role responsible for conducting comprehensive physical inspections of multifamily assets supporting Underwriting and Asset Management.
This position is primarily focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac collateral inspections, requiring adherence to specific agency guidelines.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

Salary
Base: $119,400 - $136,200 (Charlotte, Houston, Plano); $131,300 - $149,800 (McLean); Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits included.

Must-have
2 years commercial real estate experience
2 years GSE or CMBS experience
Bachelor's degree or military experience
Property Condition Assessment skills
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
Nice-to-have
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Experience with loan asset management
Knowledge of MBA Guidelines
Qualified GSE Inspector status
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years in commercial real estate
At least 2 years GSE or CMBS experience
Qualified GSE Inspector preferred
