Job Summary

• The Area Director, Human Resources serves as a trusted, strategic advisor to Area Staff, the local management teams, and drives field execution to support business objectives consistent with organization values.
• This role requires experience supporting various business function areas to include supply chain distribution center and 9 domicile locations.
• Lead the HR team for the area with demonstrated people leader skills including the ability to coach and counsel other people leaders.

• Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience
• Labor Relations experience required
• Direct experience leading HR
• 10% travel required
