The Senior HR Advisor will partner closely with People Leaders across the Media Practice Area, providing trusted expertise throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include leading on complex employee relations cases, driving the delivery of HR projects, and acting as a senior point of guidance within the service line.
This is a 12-month Maternity Cover role offering flexible location with hybrid working arrangements, requiring at least 2 days a week in the Manchester or London offices.
