Job Summary
The Financial Specialist will support the BES Support team through various weekly, monthly, and annual deliverables including general ledger variance analysis and payroll data reconciliation.
Candidates must possess very strong Excel skills to transform large quantities of data often in horrible formats into meaningful data using functions like vlookup, hlookup, and pivot tables.
The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least one year of work experience with evidence of increasing responsibility and scope.

Must-have
Variance analysis of financial data
Monthly financial reporting to internal customers
Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups
Oracle subledger reporting for month end close
CAPEX versus OPEX understanding
Nice-to-have
Experience in Manila based BPO or Shared Services
Knowledge of Hyperion systems
Process flow improvement recommendations
Ad hoc analysis and project support
Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
1+ years work experience
