Must-have

  • 12+ years SRE or Platform Engineering experience
  • Kubernetes AKS cluster management

  • SLO SLI error budget management
  • Incident management and post-mortem processes
  • Spec Driven Development (SDD) implementation
  • Team leadership of 6-8 engineers

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AI tools like Co-pilot and Claude
