Huge, a global design and technology company, is seeking a Senior Team Designer for resource management based in Colombia. The role involves staffing projects effectively, forecasting talent needs, and ensuring employee utilization to drive optimal performance

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for contributing to team design and resource management, charged with maximizing Huge’s utilization across the network, and enabling our employees to do the best work of their careers at Huge.
  • You will collaborate with Global Leadership, craft and portfolio leads, and Project Managers across Huge’s global footprint to manage and report on staff utilization, and match talent to work.
  • The position requires predicting and preparing for talent shortages and overages through Huge’s network, partnering closely with Recruiters, HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and managing global resource needs.
