Job Summary

  • The Head of Communications will build Keystone’s communications function from the ground up and establish the department as a strategic, trusted partner to the business.
  • This role is our chief storyteller who will help the firm, Keystone, tell its story with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
  • The Head of Communications will work closely with the CEO to define the voice of Keystone — both internally and externally — and create a comprehensive communications and PR strategy from the ground up.

  • Experience in a growth-stage or complex organization
  • Experience managing agencies and press cycles
