Georgetown TX Lifestyle is seeking candidates for various levels of wastewater plant operations positions, including trainee, technician, and senior roles. The ideal candidates will assist in the operation and maintenance of the city's water and wastewater treatment facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Job Summary
The role involves assisting in the safe, effective, and efficient operation and maintenance of city water or wastewater treatment facilities under the guidance of certified technicians.
Incumbents are required to be on a rotating on-call basis and must obtain the appropriate Texas Commission on Environmental Quality wastewater treatment license within a specified timeframe.
Employees will monitor SCADA systems, perform routine rounds to identify anomalies, and ensure all plant processes operate within strict state, federal, and local regulatory parameters.
