Job Summary

  • The facilities maintenance technician performs intermediate tasks related to day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
  • Functions will include but are not limited to: daily inspections, installations, general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and repairs.
  • Shift, hours, days, and/or location are subject to change based on operational need in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; may work overtime; subject to 24 hour emergency call.

Key Requirements

  • Two years' experience in general maintenance
  • Obtain valid OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
  • Demonstrated competence in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/R
  • May require valid State of Ohio driver license
