Monitors and reviews project performance at a high level by regular review of the defining project control metrics of progress and performance management, schedule status against planned, productivity factors and budget performance.
Implements quality assurance processes to avoid costly rework and ensures client satisfaction to avoid penalties and enhance the possibility of future projects.
