The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort, and promptly reporting any changes in their condition or any accidents and incidents.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves performing nursing care procedures that you have been trained to do, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
