The Senior Contracting Assistant is responsible for coordinating and executing advanced contracting processes, document validation, supplier control, rate registration, and specialized operational support for the Contracting department.
This role ensures the accuracy of information and efficiency of internal workflows, reporting directly to the Assistant Contracting Manager.
The position involves leading template updates and design processes, coordinating with internal teams (Finance, Reservations, Sales, and Operations), and acting as a reference point for training and guiding junior assistants.
