Base: $75,000–$95,000 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based discretionary bonus; Benefits: Paid vacation, group benefits, health spending account, RRSP matching, share purchase program
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MCRs in/out & ADRC process knowledge
Coordination of infrastructure projects
Tracking and reporting MCRs status
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Support cross-disciplinary collaboration
Nice-to-have
Experience in design and/or construction industry
Familiarity with major infrastructure projects
Ability to facilitate technical meetings
Support sustainable development initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years professional experience
Experience in design or construction industry preferred
