The Customer Response Unit maintains a 24-hour operation responsible for responding to alarms and coordinating emergency situations on campus.
This role requires working within the Communications Unit to assist with outages, manage data in the incident tracking module, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The position is eligible for telework but requires being on call during weekends and reporting to work during emergencies.
