Must-have
Valid Georgia driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass annual physical assessment
Nice-to-have
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Associate's degree in related field
Empathic listening and crisis management
Key Requirements
1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or EMS
Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T) certification preferred
Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP) Tier 5 within 6 months
IAHSS basic certification within 6 months
Heartsaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months
MASADA defensive tactical training within 9 months
