Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the commercial policy and acting as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
You will contribute to the daily operations of the store, including stock management, order tracking, product placement, and merchandising to ensure the boutique's attractiveness.
You will support the Store Manager in animating and fostering the sales team, assisting them in achieving objectives, daily zoning, and onboarding and training collaborators.
